EC (Electronically Commutated) motors are brushless DC motors with built-in speed control. Compared to AC shaded-pole motors, EC motors consume 30–40% less energy, run quieter (typically 4–6 dBA lower), offer precise 0-10V, PWM speed control and Modbus RS485, and have longer bearing life due to cooler operation. For 24/7 applications like cold storage or air purification, the energy savings alone typically recover the cost difference within 12–18 months.
12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC, 85VDC, 110VDC, 310VDC, 115VAC, 230VAC, and 380VAC (3-phase). Our FK3G310-4APK-60 runs on 380VAC delivering 4,000 m3/h at up to 1,000 Pa. For low-voltage applications, the FB3G190-48PY-90 operates on 48VDC with 780 m3/h at 798 Pa.

Yes. Common customizations include: specific voltage/RPM setpoints, IP54/IP55 sealing for outdoor or wash-down environments, stainless steel shafts for corrosive atmospheres, custom connector and cable lengths, modified mounting brackets, and tuned PWM/0-10V control profiles. Lead time for custom samples is typically 2–4 weeks.
Standard models from stock: 1–2 weeks. Standard models production order: 3–5 weeks. Custom configurations: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We ship via air freight (3–7 days), sea freight (15–40 days), or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3–5 days).
Yes. We can supply 1–5 units of standard models for evaluation. Custom samples are charged at tooling + unit cost. Typical sample lead time is 1 week for standard, 4–6 weeks for customs.

0-10V analog input (standard on most models), PWM (pulse-width modulation), Modbus RTU/RS-485 for BMS integration, and fixed-speed (no controller). Our EC fans also include built-in protections: soft-start, over/under voltage, locked-rotor, thermal overload, and reverse polarity.
Yes. Every model in our database has documented PQ curves measured in our Suzhou test chamber. Contact us with the model number(s) you are interested in and we will send the full test report including airflow vs. pressure curves, power consumption, noise spectra, and efficiency data.
3 years from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects. Extended warranty of 5 years is available for select models used within rated operating conditions. Warranty covers motor, impeller, and control electronics. Bearings are considered a wear item and covered for 1 year.
T/T (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers.
Individual carton with foam cushioning, then master carton (4–12 units per carton depending on fan size). Pallets are heat-treated ISPM-15 compliant for international shipping. Custom packaging with your branding is available for OEM orders.
