To further improve outgoing quality consistency, FANOVA MOTOR has recently commissioned a next-generation comprehensive motor and fan production tester. This system integrates electrical safety verification and operational performance testing into a single station, upgrading our quality protocol from sample-based inspection to 100% end-of-line testing on every fan.

Previously, end-of-line testing—insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, ground bond, power, speed, current, and noise—required multiple separate instruments, creating workflow bottlenecks. The new comprehensive tester consolidates all these measurements into one system. A single connection runs the full test sequence, with results automatically logged and a test report generated for each unit.
| Category | Test Item | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Electrical Safety | Insulation Resistance | Winding-to-ground·phase-to-phase·per IEC 60335 |
| Electrical Safety | Dielectric Withstand | AC/DC hipot·leakage current monitored |
| Electrical Safety | Ground Bond | PE terminal resistance·protective earth verified |
| Performance | Power / Current | Input power and operating current at rated voltage |
| Performance | Speed | Measured RPM vs. nameplate rating |
| Performance | Noise | Sound pressure level at rated condition·1m |
Three things:
Bottom line: This tester doesn't mean we weren't testing before. It means we can now test faster, cover more parameters, and do it consistently on 100% of units. Quality isn't a slogan—it's a set of measured values attached to every fan that leaves this factory.
