The FC24-30920L is a DC cross-flow fan featuring a compact design and quiet operation, suitable for ventilation applications with strict space and noise constraints. With a rated voltage of 24VDC and a wide input range of 16–28VDC, it delivers a maximum airflow of 150 m³/h and a static pressure of 17Pa, offering reliable air movement while maintaining low power consumption and sound pressure level (37dB(A)). Equipped with multiple safety features such as over/under voltage protection, locked-rotor protection, and reverse polarity protection, it operates continuously in temperatures from -25℃ to 60℃, making it ideal for household appliances, office equipment, and light-duty cooling systems.
Product Specification
This fan utilizes an external rotor brushless DC motor and a 30mm diameter impeller made of aluminum alloy, ensuring a lightweight yet durable structure. Electrically, it supports 0–10VDC analog speed control and comes with a three-wire interface (red/black/white) for power positive, ground, and control signal connections, enabling easy integration into various control systems. It withstands dielectric resistance up to 600VAC and offers a service life of 50,000 hours under conditions of 40℃ and 15–65% RH. Mechanically, it employs ball bearings, allows installation in any orientation, and provides IP44 protection against dust and water splashes. Compliant with CE and RoHS certifications, the fan includes detailed aerodynamic performance charts and safety guidelines—such as avoiding live plugging/unplugging, preventing cable strain, and refraining from touching moving parts—to ensure safe operation and long-term reliability.

Ⅰ.When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead. If the lead is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off。
Ⅱ.Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running。
Ⅲ.If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury.
Ⅴ.Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds.
Ⅵ.The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into contact with this product.
Ⅶ.If the power cord is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer.
Ⅷ.As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or load.
