FB3G280-24PL-90 is a 280mm backward curved centrifugal fan driven by a 24VDC brushless DC motor, delivering up to 2286 m3/h of airflow at 661 Pa static pressure. The low-voltage DC architecture makes it a natural fit for solar-powered ventilation, off-grid battery rooms, telecom shelters and new-energy equipment where 24VDC is already available, eliminating the need for AC-DC conversion and boosting system efficiency. Product Specification
FB3G280-24PL-90 is a brushless DC backward curved centrifugal fan engineered for high-static-pressure ventilation and cooling in industrial and commercial systems. The FB3G series couples a backward curved impeller with a compact BLDC92 external-rotor motor to achieve high airflow, high pressure and low noise in a space-saving footprint.
ELECTRICAL: The BLDC92 motor operates from 24VDC (16-28VDC operating range) and draws 9.2A at rated load, consuming 220W. Rated speed is 2000 RPM (tolerance ±5%). The drive supports 0-10VDC analog or PWM speed control and provides an open-collector FG tachometer output for speed feedback and closed-loop regulation. Soft-start limits inrush current and mechanical shock on power-up.
IMPELLER & HOUSING: The 280mm impeller is injection-molded from polypropylene reinforced with glass fiber, offering high dimensional stability, chemical resistance and low inertia for fast dynamic response. Die-cast aluminum end caps provide excellent heat dissipation and structural rigidity, keeping the fan light yet strong at 661 Pa maximum static pressure.
RELIABILITY & PROTECTION: Rated IP44 for protection against solid objects and splashing water, with Class B insulation. Ball bearings deliver a design life above 50,000 hours. Integrated electronic protection includes over-current, reverse-polarity, locked-rotor and thermal overload safeguards.
WIRING & INSTALLATION: Standard lead is 20AWG with 500mm cable length; cable length and connectors can be customized for OEM projects. Wiring follows the connection diagram in this specification, with a simple-connection option for rapid integration.

Safety Requirements
Ⅰ.When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off
Ⅱ.Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running
Ⅲ.If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury
Ⅳ.The power line and control line of the fan cannot be connected in reverse, otherwise it will burn out
Ⅴ.Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds
Ⅵ.The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product
Ⅶ.If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer
Ⅷ.As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
