The FB3G133-1APL-70 is a 115VAC single-phase EC backward curved centrifugal fan purpose-built for North American and Japanese power grids. Its BLEC72 motor delivers 467 m³/h (275 CFM) at 413 Pa while consuming only 48W at 4450 RPM—a direct drop-in upgrade from legacy 115VAC shaded-pole and PSC fans. The 133mm form factor fits compact air handlers, fan coil units, and electronics cooling racks. Dual-frequency 50/60 compatibility ensures consistent performance at both US 60Hz and Japanese 50Hz installations without transformer or voltage converter. 0-10VDC/PWM speed control with FG tach (3 pulse/rev) provides precision airflow regulation. CE, RoHS, ISO9001, ErP2026 certified with 50,000-hour L10 bearing life.
The FB3G133-1APL-70 features a BLEC72 permanent magnet brushless external rotor motor engineered for 115VAC single-phase mains operation at 50/60. At 4450 RPM, the motor draws just 0.7A to produce 48W of shaft power, driving the 7-blade glass-fiber reinforced PP impeller to generate 467 m³/h at 413 Pa. The wide 92~138 VAC input handles real-world grid fluctuations from both 60Hz (US/Canada) and 50Hz (Japan) supplies. The die-cast aluminum housing provides IP44 protection. Ball bearings support any-angle mounting with 50,000+ hour L10 service life at 40°C. Protection suite: soft-start, current limitation, under/over voltage, thermal overload, locked-rotor, reverse polarity. FG tach (3 pulse/rev). I. When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off
II. Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running
III. If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury
IV. Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds
V. The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product
VI. If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer
VII. As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
