The FD3G146-2APV-90 is a high-performance EC dual-inlet centrifugal fan designed for AC power supply, suitable for industrial ventilation and forced cooling applications requiring high airflow and static pressure. With a rated voltage of 230VAC and compatibility with 50/60Hz grids, it accepts a wide input range of 184–270VAC, delivering a maximum airflow of 1174.4 m³/h and a static pressure of 606Pa, while operating at approximately 69.6dB(A). Featuring an intelligent control interface that supports 0–10VDC and PWM speed regulation along with an FG tachometer output, it incorporates multiple electrical protections to ensure stable and reliable performance in demanding environments. The product meets international standards including CE, RoHS, and ErP.

Product Specification

FD3G146-2APV-90 utilizes an external rotor EC (electronically commutated) motor and a 38-blade impeller made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic, with a diameter of 146mm, offering both strength and corrosion resistance. Electrically, it provides main power connections (L/N/PE) and includes a built-in +10VDC reference voltage output (max. 1.1mA) for external speed control or signal pull-up. It withstands dielectric resistance up to 1800VAC, maintains leakage current below 3.5mA, and integrates multiple safety features such as soft start, over/under voltage detection, locked-rotor protection, and reverse polarity protection. Mechanically, it features a die-cast aluminum housing and ball bearings, allows installation in any orientation, and carries an IP44 protection rating, enabling continuous operation in temperatures from -25℃ to 60℃. The included wiring diagram illustrates various speed control methods (potentiometer, PWM, 0–10VDC) and FG signal integration, facilitating seamless incorporation into automated control systems. Compliant with safety and performance standards such as EN ISO12100, EN 60204-1, and GB12350, it is ideal for medium-to-high pressure air delivery in HVAC units, machinery cooling, and energy equipment applications.

Safety Requirements

Ⅰ.When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off

Ⅱ.Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running

Ⅲ.If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury

Ⅳ.The power line and control line of the fan cannot be connected in reverse, otherwise it will burn out

Ⅴ.Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds

Ⅵ.The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product

Ⅶ.If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer

Ⅷ.As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
