Drawing just 2.0A (half the current of the 24V version), it minimizes I²R losses in cable runs and battery banks while delivering the same 96W output at 4250 RPM. The BLDC72 lotus-optimized motor achieves class-leading power density in the 175mm form factor, making it ideal for telecom shelter ventilation, DC microgrid air handling, and high-flow 48V applications where cable sizing and voltage drop are critical design constraints. 0-10VDC/PWM speed control with FG tach (2 pulse/rev). Product Specification

The lotus-series FB3G175-48LH-7F shares the same mechanical platform and 96W output as the 24LH variant but operates at 48VDC—halving the current draw from 4.0A to 2.0A. This makes a significant difference in cable sizing, I²R losses, and connector selection in large installations. The 36~57 VDC input accommodates 48V battery banks and telecom rectifier outputs with wide voltage tolerance. The 7-blade glass-fiber reinforced PP impeller at 4250 RPM generates 1596 m³/h at 750 Pa. Die-cast aluminum housing with IP44. Full protection: soft-start, current limitation, under/over voltage, thermal overload, locked-rotor, reverse polarity. Ball bearings 50,000+ hr L10. Safety Requirements

I. When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off

II. Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running

III. If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury

IV. Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds

V. The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product

VI. If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer

VII. As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
