The FB3G190-24PL-90 is the highest-power 190mm DC backward curved centrifugal fan in the lineup, delivering 902 m³/h (531 CFM) at an impressive 803 Pa from a 24VDC supply. Its BLDC92 brushless motor produces 175W at 4300 RPM—substantially more power than the 175mm class—making it the go-to choice for 24VDC applications demanding both high flow and significant static pressure: telecom shelter pressurization, long-duct air handling, high-resistance filtration, and industrial process cooling. The 190mm swept area moves substantially more air per revolution than smaller form factors. 0-10VDC/PWM speed control with FG tach (3 pulse/rev). At the core of the FB3G190-24PL-90 is the BLDC92 permanent magnet brushless external rotor motor—the most powerful in the 190mm series—delivering 175W of shaft power while drawing 7.3A from a 24VDC supply. The wide 16~28 VDC input accommodates lead-acid battery banks during charge cycles and regulated supplies alike. The motor drives a 7-blade 190mm glass-fiber reinforced PP impeller at 4300 RPM to generate 902 m³/h at 803 Pa—suitable for applications where both high flow and significant system resistance must be overcome simultaneously. The integrated controller provides comprehensive self-protection: soft-start, current limitation, under/over voltage detection, independent thermal overload for motor and electronics, locked-rotor, and reverse polarity. The die-cast aluminum housing provides IP44 protection and effective heat dissipation. Ball bearings support any-angle mounting with 50,000+ hour L10 service life at 40°C. I. When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off

III. If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury
IV. Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds
V. The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product
VI. If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer
VII. As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
