The FB3G190-80PL-90 is engineered for 80VDC high-voltage DC distribution systems, delivering 829 m³/h (488 CFM) at 803 Pa from a 190mm impeller. Its BLDC92 motor produces 180W at 4300 RPM while drawing just 2.25A—less than one-third the current of an equivalent 24VDC fan. This makes it ideal for telecom central office DC plants, data center DC power distribution, and high-voltage battery systems where 80VDC bus voltage minimizes distribution losses and cable sizing requirements. The wide 60~143 VDC input handles DC bus voltage variations. 0-10VDC/PWM speed control with FG tach (3 pulse/rev). CE, RoHS, ISO9001, ErP2026 certified with 50,000-hour L10 bearing life.
The FB3G190-80PL-90 operates on 80VDC—a standard voltage in telecom central office -48V DC plants (with DC-DC conversion) and emerging high-voltage DC data center architectures. Drawing just 2.25A at 180W, it achieves the same power output as the 24V model (7.3A) at less than one-third the current. The BLDC92 motor drives the 7-blade 190mm glass-fiber reinforced PP impeller at 4300 RPM to generate 829 m³/h at 803 Pa. The wide 60~143 VDC input range accommodates DC bus voltage fluctuations. Die-cast aluminum housing with IP44. Protection: soft-start, current limitation, under/over voltage, thermal overload, locked-rotor, reverse polarity. Ball bearings 50,000+ hr L10. CE, RoHS, ISO9001, ErP2026 and EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, EMC compliant.

I. When taking out the fan, do not directly lift the fan lead wire. If the lead wire is excessively stressed, the internal welding part may fall off
II. Do not plug or unplug the fan lead plug when the fan is running
III. If the fan does not work after starting, do not touch the impeller, rotor, or other parts, professional technical personnel are required to inspect the fan to prevent sudden start of the fan from causing hand or other personal injury
IV. Because of the soft start characteristics of the fan, to prevent personal injury, do not touch the impeller or other parts of the fan during powered on or running at low speeds
V. The fan needs to be operated and used under the guidance of professional personnel to prevent children from coming into touch this product
VI. If the power line is worn or damaged, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or be replaced under the guidance of the manufacturer
VII. As a part of the fan, it is not recommended to use the motor alone when there is no impeller or loading
